I think I missed a day of recording because I was out of town, but just because I didn't record it here, doesn't mean I didn't keep a mental note of what I consumed. I went to a baby shower this weekend and did not hesitate to eat two slices of pizza and small piece of probably the best carrot cake I've ever had. No regrets, because it was a special day, and I've been very good lately. I almost expected the scale to go up, though. However, it dropped down another pound and a half! FINALLY! After a month long plateau, I'm losing again. I won't be surprised if it takes another few weeks to lose half a pound, but that's the game.

I can't believe how unforgiving that damn scale is lol. I was doing so well for the blue team until the time the weigh in counted! Aughhhh...I will behave myself better this week..:) Maybe I can get it back down 3 and plus some! TOWANDA!!!!!
