Did really well with eating breakfast this morning. Had a delicious sourdough homemade waffle. I set my knife and fork down between each bite to slowly and focused on savoring how delicious the food was and how lucky I was to enjoy the meal. No reading no looking at cell phones no thinking about anything else just focusing on enjoyment in satiation. I feel perfectly satisfied not overly full just perfect. Thank you to the book I’m reading called the rules of normal eating
