Anne saw you posted comment but don't know where it went! I’ve got target set at 1800 just now. Never know what to put in low active/ active bit. Desk job but get out for walk most days and do some cycling

I am definitely less active than before lockdown and eating more so it has been a struggle. Thank goodness there is light at the end of the tunnel.
