At 4am my scale said 183.3. I liked that one better lol. Down is down. Onward. Stirfry with ginger was pretty good, almost a lemony flavor. Almost burned it by using precooked chicken (liquid/time ratio was off) but caught it just in time and it was good. 3 more portions left. Chopped broccoli to make the broccoli salad today. Finish off the bacon to crispy and then put it all together with the sauce. That should make 5-6 side dish sizes or 3 meal portions. I tend to eat 2 side sizes at once so really we're calling it 3 meals there. But sooooo goood.
Audits started yesterday, still figuring out where everything is and a decent process. Going slow but getting it done. A little bit each day will get it all done by end of month. Presentation tomorrow so practice today as well. Get it smooth and tweak the notes. Going to be a busy fast day I bet.
