Well, this week has been slow. With the baby and I both being sick, it has been hard to get my usual exercise routine in. I'm still doing 15 minutes of aerobics and 15 minutes of yoga, but skipping the strength training. I have also been allowing my self more snacks and staying at the high end of my allowed points, therefore not loosing the weight as quickly as I was....still 5.5 pounds in 2 weeks isn't bad, at least it's a steady decline and no weight gain.
I hope we can get over this cold soon, so I can get back on track!
