El batch cooking de hoy ha sido sin planificación ni compra previa. A la torera, con lo que tenía en casa: 1) arroz integral hervido, 2) champiñones al microondas, 3) quiche de puerro y rulo de cabra con requesón 0% en vez de nata y claras+huevos, 4) curry de todas los restos de verduras que quedaban en la nevera, 5) sofrito de cebolla, apio y pimiento rojo, 6) tofu salteado con salsa de soja. Así que ni tan mal. Hay que sumarle un pan que se está haciendo en la máquina.

Today's batch cooking was unplanned and without prior shopping. On the fly, with what I had at home: 1) boiled brown rice, 2) microwaved mushrooms, 3) leek and goat cheese quiche with 0% ricotta instead of cream, and egg whites + eggs, 4) curry with all the leftover vegetables in the fridge, 5) fried onion, celery and red pepper, 6) sautéed tofu with soy sauce. So not too bad. Add to that a loaf of bread that's baking in the machine.
