Starting over with my weight loss. But I don't want to call it a diet, but more of a life change...
Two summers ago, summer 2009 I had made up my mind that I was going to get control of my weight. I had started then at my heaviest weight of 210LBs. I had never been that heavy. I had started Adkins type diet then along with going to the gym regularly. By Spring 2010 I had lost 65LBs, but then over the summer...you know how it goes..a little cheat here and there, and by this fall had gained back about about half of the weight. So here I am starting over.
