I do have a question, perhaps someone here may be able to answer. When you start exercising, having been quite sedentary, do you lose a lot of water weight in the beginning?
My scale shows I am down 1.5 lbs in 2 days. Either I need to replace my new scale I recently purchased and calibrated, or it's just water weight flushing out of my system now that I'm moving my body and getting things flowing with exercising.
