Today I went back to using a protein shake made with half cup oatmeal raw 3/4 of a cup frozen fruit ice and almond milk and 1 cup protein power. Then I had two hotdogs. Later I had two chicken breast no skin I know that I need to work in vegetables to round off everything and water.
