Ok, don't know what's going on but I stepped on the scale this morning as I always do and I'm up like 2.5-3 lbs from what I'm normally at. Sigh! and tomorrow is my offical weigh in day and it looks like I'm going to be adding a gain.... Don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm eating slightly more than my RDI but still exercising. Any ideas???

Is it that TOM? Have you been eating more salt than normal? It could be a fluke. I bet it doesn't stay if you have been following your RDI and exercising. Don't stress about it.

Thanks Time for a Change Mom...but not TOM but maybe too much salt and not enough water. I'm not giving up, just gotta keep moving!!!

Try drinking a ton of water today maybe that will help tomorrow's weigh in.

I agree with the others, drink your water and hopefully it's just a salt thing. Just keep at it and you'll lose those extra pounds in no time.
