Just want to say even though I have not been able to log in and write as much as I like I am still on track. I am down now to 315. I am walking more. :-)Hope everyone is on track as well. I hope to start back writing more after my last block of classes. I am just so exhausted at the end of the day. Plus I have been running myself ragged trying to help other people. My morning now begin at 5am and I sometimes do not get home until 8pm. Only thing that seems to be good coming out of it is I don't have too much time to think about food. :-)
