Played a couple of games of tennis on the wii. Might do some more on the wii later. FS doesn't show that in the exercise lol. Working out with my small 8lb and 10lb weights as usual. Beautiful day, so I soaked up some sun. Got my vitamin D in. Feeling good. Just want the bleeping scale to show some results!! Planning a trip next month, would be nice if my weight loss would be noticeable to some of my family who haven't seen me since last May.
