This was my first week of focusing on lower carbs due to my lab work results. I am currently at risk for diabetes. My labs were 5.9% and the normal is 5.7%, which means with diet and exercise this is still totally reversible. I am determined to lose the rest of this access weight and be at a "normal" weight for my body structure. I am feeling good that my baby steps are working, that I am able to stay motivated and especially to see that I am capable of making change happen by applying myself. God is so good to me. Thank you Lord for showing me how to show up for myself.
