Kept my net carbs to about 26 today. A little higher than I wanted since I'm just staring back on LCHF diet recently. But I was eating bagels before so I'm still happy with myself!

kearaj1102, Low Carb, High Fat. It's basically eating very low carb, but you substitute in fat for your body to use as fuel. It's the ketogenic diet or like Atkins... Here's some info http://www.ketogenic-diet-resource.com/
