Hey guys volleyball is over and track starts in a few weeks, I haven't fully stopped counting calories but I estimate instead which I would like to stop doing. I've been eating a lot more junk food recently because it's quick, and most days I don't have enough time to make healthier meals. also I found that pasta is really easy for me to make so I've been making a lot of that, and I'd like to stop with so much carb overloading. I've kind of been cutting corners, and now I'm going to kick some butt on my workouts and eating before track starts. I feel way better when I eat healthy and that's something that motivates me. it's also spring so that gives me more opportunities to go outside which I'm excited about.
