So does anyone else have problems logging in to the website at times? There will be entire days where I'm not able to log in (I'm sure I'm using correct password and ID because they're saved and I don't have to retype). I can still use the app, but can't log in to the website where I can respond to my buddies or type in journals. I also know it's not my internet connection as I'm able to look at all other websites. This has happened on three different occasions now and lasts a full day - or longer. Weird.

Hey, Kiki! I never have any problems at all. You might try another browser, I'm using IE9... but you could always try Chrome or Firefox or something, to see if that works better. Also, it may be you've got some spyware or something. Two of the best FREE programs around for Windows machines (I put them on all my family and friends computers) are: 1) Microsoft Security Essentials -- this is a firewall, antivirus, anti-spyware program, totally free from Microsoft and it is REALLY GOOD. Better than Macafee or most other free ones, IMHO. And a much cleaner app than even the $50 paid one from Norton. App #2 you should get: CCleaner from Piriform. Run this thing to clean up your system cache and other stuff. It does wonders. I used to do computer consulting and would run through a battery of cleanup steps, charging people $100/hr to do it all manually. Then they came out with CCleaner and I was out of a job. It does everything (and more!) automatically that I used to do manually. Run it once every week or two to clean stuff up... and don't forget to run the REGISTRY CLEANER portion. That's a biggie if you're having weird issues.

Thanks, Rob. Good info which I will use on our laptop. However, this is happening on my iPad. So I don't think I can download the virus protection there. Also, iPad uses Safari - not sure if I can change this but will look into. I did go in yesterday and cleared cookies but that didn't seem to help as I kicked me out for several hours again yesterday. I'll keep searching for clues.

They did have an app for iPad to download google chrome so I'll see if that resolves the problem. Thanks again, Rob!!

I'd like to sync info from my phone to website. I've had not receive a response to my email request to recover my password. I guess because it's free and I've given them the right to do whatever they want with the information I provide . . . there's no customer service sad. very sad.
