Finally another 1 lb. off!!!!!! Only took two weeks but hey, its a loss. Had another great day so far, almost finished another painting, spent quality time and the gym and took a new class. Feeling good! Hope all my buddies are feeling good as well. I know Ladybea is and deservedly so!!!! You go Bea!
