Had a snow day and ate almost 1800 calories. Will get back to work tomorrow and will target about 1200-1400 on the weekdays throughout the rest of the month. Then a little indulgence on the weekends. Need to get back on top of the weight loss after hitting a new low this past Saturday.

I am kind of tired of the snow this year don't know about you. Spring officially starts this Thursday but who knows. :) I'm ready for some road work (walk/bike/run). Have a great week I know you will hit your goal this Saturday.
