Got in a quick 30 min workout this morning:
5 min of HIIT ( 15 sec Mountain Climbers - 45 sec rest ) 5 min of HIIT ( 15 sec Sprint - 45 sec rest ) 20 min Steady Cardio ( Running @7mph on Treadmill )
Continuing to drink my water and take in my Protein. Should be able to do a full weight training and Cardio workout tomorrow morning.
