I ate a lot yesterday...well, a lot for me! Who knew a giant salad would be so calorie dense?
Good thing for me, I did a lot of walking and drank a lot of water. I even played DDR for about half an hour.
Today I have to do all my housework. (Thank God for days off!) I might not be able to get in a "workout", but scrubbing the bathroom and carrying laundry is hard!
