Well I am feeling a little frustrated. I wanted to see a bigger drop today. But if I am honest, after reviewing my tracking, I did have a lot more bread, and tortillas last week. Could it also be my body is getting comfortable in this middle ground? Maybe I need to switch it up and see if I can get a lot more weight off. I want to see at least 2 lbs off on a weekly schedule. That is still slow enough without feeling like your starving. I will try eating more fiber too. I GOT THIS, with God anything is possible.
