What an amazing day so far! Got two acrylic paintings finished and some started. Went to the gym for Body Pump and treadmill, and the feeling is awesome! Ten hour work day tomorrow, so a home workout with Jaana is in order. She's always fun too! Saturday weigh in, but I'm not even concerned anymore, muscles are tight, love handles are leaving, and I feel better than when I was 30, honestly!
