I have been so depressed the past couple days with dieting, I hate not being able to eat what I want when I want, but I am pushing myself, forcing myself to stick with what I need to do. I have 3 more days of Phase I and I KNOW I can do it! Moving on to Phase II will be good, I am a huge meat eater and being able to add that back into my diet will be very nice. Knowing that I am doing good with the exercise and eating side of things, is what is helping me get through this...along with ecouragement from my husband, he has been so wonderful helping me though this, specially the past few days!
