Despite yesterday's chinese binge, I still lost a pound today. I think it's the TOM-departure weight loss. I have implemented my new plan from today. Did pretty well. Started my day with a hearty home-made brunch, took my vitamins, drank enough water, and got to working through the day. Worked out later for an hour, including 30 mins of running, and as a reward for the focused work I've been doing all day long (6-7 hours of writing!), I have allowed myself a glass of wine at night...slowly savoring it and enjoying a hard-earned relaxation...
Workout: 30 mins of running: about 2 miles, 3.8 mph-4.5 mph; 240 k 30 mins of bike: 123 k, 10.22 miles
Diet: scrambled eggs (1), veggies (2), cheese (0), meatless crumbles (2) coffee (3-4) cauliflower cheesy bake (6) salad (1) with veggie patty (1), ranch (2) wine (3) total: 22 carbs
