I haven't weighed myself in a long time, partly because I've been working on building up muscles and toning up but also because I got complacent and tired of making 2 different kind of dinners! Anyway my point is we all have ups and downs but we'll get there....eventually😅

I’ve been lazy there’s no other excuses! Target is less than 1800 calories a day and move more! Been working from home so even my step count is barely 20% of what I should be doing!
