Completed another great workout this morning working on Biceps and Back as well as 35 minutes of HIIT:

10 min of short interval (15 sec Sprint - 45 sec rest)
15 min of steady cardio (Elliptical - 15 deg incline - 6 Resistance)
10 min of long interval (1 min of Jumping Jacks - 1 min Rest)

Still following my diet well and the weight is coming off but slowly which is expected. Trying to maintain and add muscle and lose fat is a very difficult and slow process.

Staying focus on 1 day at a time to reach my goal!
