Briefly, on Tuesday, the scale read 198.0...where did that go? I guess it was just enough of a tease to make me think that maybe this diet could work this time but then I disappointed myself be binging about 800 calories late Thursday night. Feeling frustrated but also knowing that I just need to step it up a notch to get some results. Just booked the Disney vacation for May 15th....really want to be 1/2 way to goal by then!!! Logically that is very attainable (2 lbs / wk) but my feelings are telling me I'll never do it cause I have failed every other time in the past.
