In the last week I lost, gained, lost, and am now back to exactly what I was 1 week ago. That’s ok! I didn’t gain and I ate healthy. Only had 1 slice of cake :). Plus I was on my period and it was a doozy so I felt terrible for a few days and ate a little more than usual. Today I’m back on track, eating only the meals I prepped, and will be biking all afternoon. It’s a beautiful day 🌞
