Despite trying a new totally great class, at the gym, Body Combat, I carbed out a bit yesterday. Got on the scale again, to see what damage I may have done and lost a pound! Yay. Think I'm losing about 1/2 pound per week. Slow and steady wins the race, I hope! Everyone have a great day!
