SO I HAVE DECIDED THAT I AM GOING TO STOP OBSESSING OVER WHAT I EAT. BECAUSE REALLY? WHATS THE POINT... IM NEVER GOING TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM THE SWEETS SO IVE REALIZED THE MORE I OBSESS OVER IT, THE MORE IM GOING TO WANT TO EAT IT AND OVERLOAD MYSELF. SO I AM ALLOWING MYSELF TO EAT WHATEVER I WANT AND IM JUST EATING IT IN MODERATION. IVE BEEN DOING YUMMY PROTEIN SHAKES FOR BREAKFAST AND HEALTHY WHOLE GRAIN FOODS AND LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES. SO IVE BEEN DOING A LOT BETTER, ALSO IVE BEEN MAKING SURE I EAT 6 TIMES A DAY! :) PS... MY HUBBY COMES HOME IN 3 WEEKS FROM IRAQ!!!!
