It's week #13 of being on my plan- on my way to balancing my body! It was my birthday weekend, and I ate way more calories but it was planned. I gave myself a weekend to not stay within my calorie deficit, but I still tracked. But the great piece was that I didn't go HOG! It feels like the good habits are taking over and being mindful is creating a healthy relationship between me and my body. That is a huge win for me. Amen.
