At breakfast at 8:30..Lunch at 11:30 had healthy choice bar right after...then at yogurt fruit at 5:30 and pb bliss at 6:15 (ate that just because I wanted it not because I was hungry)

Oh yes..you're doing great! Important....try to keep your calories under 1200. Don't deprive yourself from eating what you want...just eat a very small portion and drink lots of water.

I don't count the calories I count the points and hardly ever use many of my 35 flex points. I have been loosing weight steady and my average consumption is around 1400 this works for me...I haven't added in exercise yet...Next week will hopefully be the week and this will hopefully help...I don't want to go under 1200 because then my body will get adjusted to that calorie intake...that is how people gain the weight back. 1400 is perfect for me..

Great! Whatever works for you...stick to it. You are absolutely right about the calories. You want to stick to something that you are comfortable with and will be long term. Good Luck!
