Woke at 231.7, up 2.9 from yesterday, as leftovers from Leftys BBQ hammered me as expected. I plan to fast today to get back on track. UPDATE: Got to 228.2 by 5 pm. I then went out and did a 3.25-mile walk around the neighborhood. I came in at... 228.1! I was going to fast all day, but I ate 285 calories of a big salad and a protein drink. I'll target about 815 tomorrow to get fully back on track for May.
