hi all!! thank you for checking up on me, i feel very lucky to be a part of a caring a community like this 🥰 i had a relapse 2 weeks ago, and i needed to take a bit of a break from actively dieting to recover from it. i didnt over eat every day, i just ate when i was hungry and stopped when i was full, but i let myself have the meals i wanted without worrying about calories. ive tried to stay active - the weather has been a bit changeable but i’ve got out the house when i can! im feeling much better now though, and im going to ease myself back into counting calories and IF again. hope youre all doing well! <3
