SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 38 UPDATE LIFT DAY
Actually lifted! Rowed 10 X 110#, up 10# and 5 reps over target. Machine crunched 10 X 190#, up 5# and 5 reps over. Wide pulls, 7 X BW, up 3 reps. Chins, 7 X BW, missed by 2. Only elbow action was on chins at the very top of the contraction. Super minor. Did a couple flat bench sets with just the bar as a test. No pain.
I'll take it! Skipped treatment and did not ice. Two hours plus on and nothing. No swelling. No pain. Nada.
Super spreader sauna followed by sushi feast with the boys to celebrate. Sitting at 1999 right now, which ends this week down almost 600/day. I'll take that too!
Just pulled 10# of cilantro lime chicken breast. Gallon of harlic confit cooling as I type. Flap steak marinating. Prepped up the spano filling, but didn't get it assembled as I ran out of clock.
