So I decided to try the special k protein bar today. Won't have that again! It tasted so sweet, I didn't need all that sugar in my mouth. And even though I looked at the nutrition values before I bought it, I was turned off by the amount of sugar and carbs that it had. Not worth 20+ sugars and carbs for only 10g of protein. Especially if I can drink the protein and get less.

I killed plyometrics today! Last week when I did it I was wondering why they were so out of breath and sweating. I guess I wasn't really putting much into it last week. I brought it today! According to my watch I burned 900 calories. At times my heart rate was up to 170 to 180. So good deal.

Yay, today was a good day.

Have you tried "think thin" bars. They are 20g of protein and no sugar. They come in different flavors. I think they are pretty good.
