Wow, who's being a fatty today, I'm being a fatty today...oh well, everyone needs a cheat day right? Today might as well be mine, lol. I know thats not the best mentality, but i'll get back in there tomorrow. It's not like i'm breaking down the door of a mcdonalds, i'm just eating some chocolate, lol

Um... I just looked at your foods today and you're not being "a fatty" at all!! Yeah, so you had some chocolate. Tonight, just eat some protein, lots of veggies, and a big glass of wine! :) (I guessed based on your avatar.) Don't feel like you're having a "free day" otherwise you might end up doing stuff you'll really regret tomorrow. But while you're at it -- enjoy!!
