Congratulations!! You're a step closer then before. I can relate I just posted a journal explaining, but my start weight was 210 lost 10. I plateued at 200 and gained 13-20 back. Then gained more reaching my highest 254. I've got back on track and I've lost 10lbs now currently 244.

Back at beginning so go from here. Pick a style & stick with it! If something doesn’t work then adjust. Took me awhile to find what works for me. We’re all different. Easily can start with portion control. Eat on a small plate. Helps a lot. Good luck🍀

You and me sweetie!! I am the 1/10 of a pound queen. I go down then the next day I am up 3 pounds for no reason. Frustrating!! We will chip away and get to goal together!! Deal??👍😉
