Ate a bigger serving at dinner time. But I know I could have done worse, so keeping control. Workout tomorrow not today because I was whooped from yesterday! Doin good. I want the reward of a good figure in the long run. Long way to go. I have to work hard everyday from here on out if I want the rewards long-term. I believe that I will get there! I am already seeing changes! I want the ultimate prize - thinness.
