Hello all! I was an eating machine on the weekend! Must have been something in the air as my 4 year old son was also an eating machine!! Anyway, back to the routine this week. The weather is warming up this week and I can actually go for a run in short sleeves. And maybe by the end of the week, we'll be in shorts for runs?! We'll see! My plan this week is to increase my distance. We've been doing 3.5 km runs and I'd like to increase it to 4.2 km. I think that little bit will help shave off a few pounds over the next few weeks. Time will tell!

I'm with you. I ate a lot over the weekend, too much food was available for me. I've also been thinking about upping my distance. I'm going to finish out my couch to 5K program first though, because now it's getting into running without walking breaks, and we'll see how I feel. Good luck!! I hope you get to pull out the shorts!
