i used to do 16:8 too! it really worked for me in the beginning, but it started to get a bit unsustainable when my life had less structure as lockdown started easing, so reducing the hours and allowing more flexibility has helped me a lot :) hopefully ill be able to increase the fasting window with time.

I started because I have to book my swimming sessions now due to covid so I don't go until 1000. I have never eaten before exercise so this has pushed me into the 16:8 time frame 3 times a week.
