Ugh. Back again. How many times have I written those two words? Not weighing myself for a while because I don't even want to see what I've wrought this time, but I've been pretty much off the rails for the past 2 or 3 months. Starting today with going back to the gym (I've been hiking and walking but am needing to get back into the weight room to do some good exercise for my old bones) and eating sensibly: lots of veggies, fruits, protein, one serving of a "bread/carb/starch" each day. No alcohol except on weekends. 8 glasses of water daily. Trying, trying, trying. Am committing to posting daily to keep myself accountable and tracking my food. That's what's worked in the past.
