Had a great Cardio workout this morning probably my best in almost 4-weeks. Did a 10-min warmup on the Elliptical machine then did my HIIT circuit:
10 min of short intervals (15 sec Sprint | 45 sec Rest) 20 min of steady cardio (Ran 2.2 miles at 6.7mph) 10 min of long intervals (1 min Sprint | 1 min Rest)
Got in 2 Sets of 80 situps on the Ab Bench.
I felt exhausted but feel great! Now hoping for a good day eating right and drinking lots of water. I can feel those Hot Chicken wings still working me over!
