Uggghhhh... It's more hard than I thought to keep eating healthy now that we're allowed to invite people over, and go back to restaurants. I feel like I'm being judged by people around me when they see my new portion sizes (even though I'm at the right RDI). I don't know how people managed to lose weight before this pandemic haha!

Don’t worry , be happy! If others are judging you than that is their issue, not yours. If we had a food allergy, modified our lifestyle for that, we would not feel judged. You are doing what’s best for you and that is who matters !

You can just choose to think that they are looking at the new *you,* then at your portion sizes, and then thinking, “Ohhhhh! So *that’s* how they did it!” 😁
