Shrimp spring rolls with peanut butter sauce...wanted to be creative buuuut unfortunately it didnt turn out the way I imagined it :( BUT it tasted very good: the Thai basil & mint in it makes it a very yummy fresh summer dish! Nom nom nom :D

They look perfect. I love these so much - need to make them. I think I have rice paper wraps in my cupboard from the last time I made them. Did you use shrimp, basil, mint, carrots...what else inside?

Hellooo, I used thai basil, mint, shrimps, carrots, Sesame seems, Avocado, cucumber and rice noodles...the rice noodles I dipped them im soy sauce, rice vinegar, coconut sugar and Maggi :D
