Trying something a little different for the next few weeks. I usually workout early in the morning (6am) which means I usually don't eat anything until after my workout. I'm gonna try to eat something before and after my workouts which means I need to eat something no later than 5:30 in order to start working out by 6:15am.

This morning I had 1/2 cup of Whole Grain Oatmeal and a scoop of Protein Powder mixed with water. Had a great workout which consisted of 30 minutes on the Elliptical and then a Legs & Back abbreviated workout. I then had another Protein Shake mixed with Blueberries for my post workout. I'll give this a try for the next couple of weeks to see if I'm able to continue gaining some muscle mass as well as lose some excess fat.
