So my goal for my Birthday (march 18th) was 299. I got to 304! Not bad. But I kind of gave myself a week off, not intentionally it was just supposed to be a day off on my birthday not tracking (i have been really bad at that the past few weeks, writing it down, though i tend to keep tally in my head). But then the 304--I was like ahh I am busy (i took off a few days and saw friends and family)I can let it slide. Anyways. I am afraid to weigh myself. I am going to give myself a week back on plan and then record my weight. I think..

Hopefully my cold gets better soon, I want to get back to the gym I havent been there in a week! But last week when i was working out it felt soo good! It was a lot easier than it has been and I could go for longer amounts of time. Just with cough I hate to cough all over everyone else.

Anyhow. Also will start recording food again--today!
