Woke at 229.7, up 1.5 from yesterday. Indian food and red wine last night. Going out at noon for Father's Day and will hit one of our favorite steakhouses and sit outside for a nice brunch. Will get back to the grind this week with mostly protein and veggies every day. Happy Father's Day, guys! UPDATE: Came home after brunch and then took a glorious 2-hour nap. When I woke at 7, I did a pre-dinner weigh-in and got to 228.9! Red wine and ribeye followed by a weight drop is truly a Father's Day bonus! Hope everyone had a nice day.
