Aaahhh! I'm really struggling today craving every food in the house! I honestly think I"m hungrier b/c I know I'm going out to a nice restaurant tonight and in trying to "save" calories, I want them even more! I just ate 2/3 of a gala apple and licked the almost empty PB jar clean. It was probably just a little over a TBSP. but I don't like feeling so ravenous. That's when those thoughts kick in that none of this is worth it, and I should just throw in the towel. NO! I won't! I work hard at the gym, and I eat healthy, but I wont' go from extreme to extreme! It's not fun either way. This is where the rubber meets the road. Instead of raiding the cabinets now, I'm going to wait. Instead of meticulously counting every calorie in my head at dinner tonight, I'm going to enjoy the meal. If I go a little above, it's ok! I'll eat light tomorrow. Plus how will I know how many calories monk fish or panacotta has? :)
