I have a weights bench at home and dumbbell flies and side lifts are the only thing I do consistently, have done for years. They are very effective at keeping pecs in reasonable shape despite my advanced age. I am still looking for something that works for the underside of my arms. Bloody bingo wings. However my exercise bike languishes, making me feel guilty.
